O presidente do Sindicato, Lourival Rodrigues, estará presente na reunião. “Defender o emprego é extremamente importante para a categoria no atual cenário, de fechamento de agências e redução de postos de trabalho, e de adoecimento dos bancários que estão sobrecarregados com tantas metas” destaca Lourival.
Segundo a Contraf-CUT, levantamento do Departamento Intersindical de Estatística e Estudos Socioeconômicos (Dieese), aponta que, mesmo com lucros bilionários, nos últimos cinco anos, os bancos fecharam 3,2 mil agências em todo o país (88% delas de estabelecimentos privados). No mesmo período, houve uma redução de 20,7 mil postos de trabalho bancário.
Novas reuniões serão realizadas, com outros temas, nas próximas semanas e são importantes para a renovação da Convenção Coletiva de Trabalho (CCT) da categoria.
Minuta de reivindicações
O calendário de negociação com a Fenaban é parte da programação deste ano de campanha salarial – lembrando que a data base dos bancários é 1º de setembro. Na última terça-feira (18/06), o Comando Nacional entregou para os bancos a minuta de reivindicações da categoria neste ano. o documento foi elaborado pelas entidade de todo o País, aprovado na Conferência Nacional e nas assembleias realizadas pelos Sindicatos.
A entrega da minuta lançou oficialmente a Campanha Nacional deste ano. O Sindicato deu início também na terça-feira a uma série de reuniões em agências para explicar a minuta e o processo de negociação aos bancários da base.
Vale lembrar que entre as prioridades aprovadas pela está o aumento real de 5%, mais reposição da inflação, sobre salários e demais cláusulas econômicas (INPC +5%), incluindo reajustes nos tíquetes e PLR (Participação nos Lucros e Resultados).
