Trata-se de antiga reivindicação do movimento sindical, e uma proposta da Federação dos Empregados em Estabelecimentos Bancários dos Estados de São Paulo e Mato Grosso do Sul (Feeb-SP/MS), da qual o Sindicato faz parte.
“Ficamos felizes porque essa era uma demanda dos bancários do Bradesco, uma vez que outros bancos já concedem o auxílio-academia. Também ganha importância neste momento de grande preocupação com a saúde do trabalhador, que está doente com tantas metas e redução de postos de trabalho” avalia o presidente do Sindicato, Lourival Rodrigues, que é integrante da COE pela Feeb-SP/MS.
“O Total Pass é uma plataforma que agrega soluções de saúde física, mental e nutricional”, completa.
Com esta conquista, os funcionários terão acesso a mais de 15.000 academias e estúdios, incluindo a rede Smart Fit e Bio Ritmo, além de aplicativos como o Queima Diária.
O benefício está disponível a partir de amanhã e inclui o bancário e até três dependentes. “É só baixar o aplicativo Total Pass e começar a utilizar”, fala Lourival.
Nova diretora
A reunião foi marcada para apresentar a nova diretora de Recursos Humanos, Silvana Rosa Machado. No encontro, também foi definido uma nova agenda, presencial, para a entrega da minuta específica dos bancários do Bradesco, nas próximas semanas.
